Hows my little new year beard?

In honor of the new year I decided to shave my beard. It's a well known fact that when someone spends months (in some cases, weeks) growing a beard they can't shave it down to nothing without trying something new, fun, or weird on the way.

I didn't really notice until this pic that my beard grows in mostly red.

What or who does the chops look make me look like?
